From the Barrière properties in Deauville to La Ferme Saint-Siméon in Honfleur — FFGR Normandy provides the fleet and concierge coordination for the region's finest palace stays.
Normandy's palace hotel landscape is smaller than the Côte d'Azur's, more intimate than Paris's, and arguably more authentic than either. The properties that define the region's luxury hospitality each have a distinct character rooted in their location and their history — the Hôtel Barrière Le Normandy and Le Royal in Deauville, La Ferme Saint-Siméon in Honfleur, the Domaine de Bayeux — and FFGR Normandy has cultivated working relationships with all of them.
Deauville — the Barrière duo
The Hôtel Normandy Barrière and Hôtel Royal Barrière face each other across the Avenue Hocquart de Turtot like complementary portraits of the Belle Époque. The Normandy, with its half-timbered Anglo-Norman façade and its hundred-year-old gardens, is the romantic choice. The Royal, more formal, favoured by the racing fraternity during the August meeting, is where principals who prefer a certain grandeur stay. FFGR Normandy has a dedicated chauffeur liaison at both properties.
Honfleur — La Ferme Saint-Siméon
La Ferme Saint-Siméon was the auberge where Boudin, Monet, and the Impressionists gathered in the 1860s and 1870s. The farm is still there — the thatched roofs, the apple trees, the terrace above the Seine estuary — now within a Relais & Châteaux property of exceptional quality. FFGR Normandy's clients at La Ferme receive a dedicated chauffeur positioned at the property for the duration of their stay, available for excursions to the Vieux Bassin, the calvados estates, and the Côte Fleurie.
Coordination with palace concierges
FFGR Normandy does not compete with the hotel concierge. It completes it. Where the hotel concierge arranges the restaurant table, we arrange the vehicle that arrives silently at the right time. Where the hotel concierge coordinates the spa, we coordinate the day's excursion. The protocol between FFGR Normandy and the region's palaces is designed to be invisible to the client — a seamless extension of the hotel experience into the surrounding landscape.
